As a site SME, you will drive process excellence, implement new technologies, and lead continuous improvement initiatives across MS&T networks while partnering with global experts and manufacturing teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related scientific discipline.
Minimum five years of experience in oral solid dosage pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, regulatory requirements, and GMP.
Experience supporting process improvement, technology transfer, validation, or manufacturing science activities.

Responsibilities

Act as SPOC with global MS&T for defining and implementing new technical standards for existing and new technologies and equipment.
Serve as the site SME for pharmaceutical process technologies, including pilot scale and DoE.
Partner with global and development teams to implement new standards and manufacturing innovations.
Lead process optimization initiatives to improve robustness, efficiency, yield, and operational performance.
Provide technical expertise for equipment selection, qualification, validation, and capital projects.
Support technology transfers, process scale-up activities, and manufacturing readiness.
Drive technical investigations, risk assessments, and root cause analysis for manufacturing challenges.
Deliver technical training and share knowledge to strengthen site and network capabilities.
