Job summary

Civica is seeking a Maintenance Technician, Process Equipment to support GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing. The role covers fill lines, isolators, autoclaves, formulation vessels and related equipment, ensuring safe, reliable production and compliance with quality systems.

The ideal candidate has strong troubleshooting skills, a background in sterile manufacturing, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, 12-hour shift environment with collaboration across Engineering, QA and Operations.

Qualifications

• 4 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing equipment or an associate's degree in a related field.
• Experience with sterile manufacturing and GMP regulations.
• Ability to work autonomously and adapt to rapid changes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day production activities and respond to equipment malfunctions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Calibration and spare parts teams on PMs.
• Assist in development and revision of PM instructions and batch records.
• On-call rotation to monitor equipment repairs and issues.
• Maintain documentation of work orders and GMP records.
