Job summary

NNE Inc. is seeking a Process Consultant to help design and optimize pharmaceutical and biotechnology manufacturing processes. You will collaborate with engineers and subject matter experts, advancing projects from concept to detailed design and implementation on cutting-edge facilities.

In this role, you will contribute to process design, engineering deliverables, and continuous improvement, while building relationships with clients and project teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of engineering experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, or related regulated industries.
• Experience with process design activities including PFDs, P&IDs, equipment sizing, and technical documentation.
• Familiarity with GMP-regulated environments and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Process Design & Engineering: develop deliverables such as PFDs, process descriptions, equipment specs, calculations, and reports.
• Project Execution: perform engineering tasks across conceptual to detailed design while meeting quality, budget, and schedule.
• Technical Collaboration: work with clients, vendors, and SMEs to create compliant process solutions.
• Problem Solving & Analysis: evaluate alternatives and recommend effective solutions for client objectives.
• Continuous Improvement: contribute to knowledge sharing and process improvements for better delivery.
