Job summary
Pharmaron Beijing Co. Ltd. is seeking a Process Engineer in Coventry, RI to support technology transfer, scale-up, CQV, and commercial manufacturing of APIs and related compounds in a large-scale facility.
You will collaborate with Process Chemistry, Manufacturing, QA, QC, Supply Chain and EHS to drive safe, compliant operations and continuous improvement in a fast-paced pharma environment, with a salary range of $90K–$130K.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering or closely related field.
- 2+ years of work-related experience in manufacturing or engineering for pharma ingredients.
Responsibilities
- Support technology transfer, process scale-up, CQV and commercial manufacturing.
- Collaborate with Process Chemistry, Manufacturing, QA, QC, Supply Chain and EHS.
- Generate and maintain GMP documentation, batch records and SOPs.
- Provide training to Operations on new and modified processes.
- Assist with process safety data collection, analysis and PHAs.
- Provide on-call technical support during new process start-ups.
- Own change controls, quality events, CAPAs and related quality-system activities.
- Support commissioning, qualification and validation activities per site plan.
