Yoh Life Sciences in Noblesville, Indiana is seeking a Process Engineer to support pharmaceutical manufacturing. You will lead process improvements, troubleshoot equipment, and collaborate with Quality and Validation to ensure cGMP compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering and 5+ years in a cGMP environment; direct-hire, full-time onsite. Compensation ranges from $80,000 to $110,000 annually, with opportunities to drive measurable improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; Mechanical preferred.
• 5+ years of engineering experience in a cGMP manufacturing environment.
• Experience improving processes, equipment performance, and reliability.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of production equipment.
• Experience leading root cause analysis and CAPAs.
• Knowledge of cGMP, validation, quality systems, and document control.
• Experience developing or using process KPIs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead process improvement initiatives affecting reliability, efficiency, and throughput.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues, identify root causes, implement corrective actions.
• Develop, monitor, and improve process KPIs to meet manufacturing goals.
• Lead root cause investigations and develop CAPAs.
• Prepare engineering documents, protocols, reports, and process docs.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, and Validation to ensure cGMP compliance.
• Support equipment qualification, process validation, change control, and CI.
• Help develop and maintain manufacturing procedures and batch records.
• Coordinate projects, track milestones, estimate costs and resources.
