Yoh Life Sciences is seeking an experienced Process Engineer to support a pharmaceutical manufacturing operation in Noblesville, Indiana. This hands-on role focuses on improving equipment reliability, optimizing production processes, and driving measurable operational improvements in a regulated environment.

You will lead process improvement initiatives, perform root cause investigations, develop CAPAs, and collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, and Validation teams to ensure cGMP compliance.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; Mechanical preferred; Chemical/Biochemical/Biotechnology or related fields may be considered.

• Troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and recurring process issues; identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Develop, monitor, and improve process performance indicators (KPIs) to support manufacturing objectives.
• Lead root cause investigations, author deviations, and develop corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
• Prepare technical documentation, including engineering protocols, reports, and process improvement documentation.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, and Validation teams to ensure compliance with cGMP requirements.
• Support equipment qualification, process validation, change control, and continuous improvement activities.
• Assist with the development and maintenance of manufacturing procedures, batch records, and training materials.

Yoh Life Sciences is seeking an experienced Process Engineer to support a pharmaceutical manufacturing operation in Noblesville, Indiana.

This position is ideal for a hands-on engineer who enjoys solving complex manufacturing challenges, improving equipment reliability, optimizing production processes, and driving measurable operational improvements in a regulated environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead manufacturing process improvement initiatives focused on equipment reliability, efficiency, throughput, and operational performance.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and recurring process issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable corrective actions.
• Develop, monitor, and improve process performance indicators (KPIs) to support manufacturing objectives.
• Lead root cause investigations, author deviations, and develop corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
• Prepare technical documentation, including engineering protocols, reports, and process improvement documentation.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, and Validation teams to ensure compliance with cGMP requirements.
• Support equipment qualification, process validation, change control, and continuous improvement activities.
• Assist with the development and maintenance of manufacturing procedures, batch records, and training materials.
• Coordinate engineering projects, track milestones, and provide input on project costs and resource requirements.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required. Mechanical Engineering preferred; Chemical, Biochemical, Biotechnology, or related engineering disciplines considered.
• 5+ years of relevant engineering experience in a cGMP manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience improving manufacturing processes, equipment performance, and operational reliability.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting production equipment and resolving manufacturing issues.
• Experience leading formal root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Working knowledge of cGMP, validation, quality systems, and document control.
• Experience developing or utilizing process KPIs to measure and improve manufacturing performance.
• Strong technical documentation, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with automated visual inspection systems or pharmaceutical packaging equipment.
• Background supporting automated manufacturing lines, equipment optimization, or reliability improvement initiatives.
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, medical devices, or other highly regulated production environments.
