Job summary

Merck & Co., Inc. in Rahway, NJ, seeks a Director to lead Pharma Pricing Operations & Analytics within Global Market Access.

You will be the primary strategic partner for pricing analytics, governance, and capability development across launch, inline, and lifecycle priorities. You will build and guide a high-performing team of Associate Directors, translate complex pricing challenges into actionable plans, and partner with senior leaders across Global Market Access, finance, and digital

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, health economics, or related analytical field preferred.
• 10+ years of pharmaceutical pricing, market access, revenue management, financial analytics, or related functions.
• Experience in pharma/healthcare with consulting or global/regional market access is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of accountability for Pharma pricing operations, analytics, and capability needs across launch, inline, and lifecycle priorities.
• Lead strategic partnerships with strategy leads, senior franchise leaders, regional teams, and finance partners.
• Oversee pricing analyses, governance, scenario planning, and portfolio-level analytics.
