Job summary

Merck & Co., Inc. Rahway, NJ is seeking an Associate Director, Global Marketing Engagement (GME), DHH. This role leads data analytics, informs pipeline investments and go-to-market planning by delivering actionable insights across global and US teams.

You will build scalable analytics capabilities, partner with market research, forecasting, payer analytics, data strategy and vendors, and communicate strategic findings to leadership to shape franchise strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, business or related field.
• 5+ years in business insights, analytics, or portfolio management within pharma/biotech.

Responsibilities

• Develop commercial analytics and insights for market understanding and pipeline decisions.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across marketing, operations, forecasting and data strategy.
• Communicate analytical findings to executives with clear risk/benefit insights.
• Drive analytics programs and benchmarking to inform portfolio development and launches.
• Partner with vendors to deliver scalable analytics capabilities.
