Job summary

MSD Malaysia is seeking a Director to lead Pharma Pricing Operations & Analytics within Global Pricing Operations. You will partner with Global Market Access, franchise teams, and finance to shape pricing and access strategies across launches and lifecycle.

You will manage a team of senior analysts, drive IRP modeling, pricing governance, and data-driven decision support while ensuring strategic value and regulatory compliance across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, health economics, or related analytical field preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical pricing, market access, revenue analytics, or related functions.
• Experience in pharma/healthcare with consulting, global/regional market access, or corporate strategy preferred.
• Proven leadership in cross-functional, matrix environments.
• Strategic thinker with ability to design and implement a long-term vision.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary strategic partner for Pharma pricing operations and analytics across launches, inline, and lifecycle priorities.
• Lead pricing analyses, governance, and scenario planning to support decision-making at senior levels.
• Grow and develop a high-performing team of analysts and ensure high-quality outputs.
• Collaborate with Global Market Access, finance, and franchise teams to translate data into actionable pricing and access strategies.
