KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) seeks an experienced Construction Manager - Pharmaceutical to lead field construction on pharma facilities, aligning execution with GMP, cleanroom, and aseptic requirements. You will manage EPCM teams, coordinate with engineering, procurement, CQV, and operations, and drive safe, on-time, within-budget delivery.

• Progressively responsible construction management experience.
• Experience on projects valued at $500M+ or more.
• Experience serving as owner's representative on major EPC/EPCM projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all site construction activities from mobilization through startup and handover.
• Direct and oversee EPCM contractors, subcontractors, and construction management teams.
• Champion a 'Zero Incident' safety culture and ensure compliance with standards.
• Validate construction schedules and execution plans, monitor milestones.
• Oversee budgets and change management, assess cost risks and opportunities.
• Ensure construction activities meet design specs, standards, and contractual requirements.
• Identify and manage construction risks, develop mitigation plans, and drive issue resolution.
• Coordinate transition from construction to commissioning and startup and support turnover.
