KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions is seeking a seasoned Preconstruction and Constructability Manager in Huntsville, AL to lead constructability programs and governance for a major pharmaceutical facility project. The role oversees EPCM, construction contractors, suppliers, and inspectors to ensure GMP compliance and project readiness through design, commissioning, qualification, and startup.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related discipline.
• 20+ years of industrial construction experience, including leadership on large capital projects.
• Minimum 10 years managing preconstruction and constructability programs on large capital projects.
• Experience with EPC, EPCM, and owner-side project delivery models.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, semiconductor, or other highly regulated facilities preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading constructability reviews and risk management.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement the project's Constructability Program and governance process.
• Lead formal constructability reviews during design, FEL, FEED, and execution phases.
• Coordinate engineering-construction interfaces and resolve potential conflicts.
• Drive early identification of construction risks and mitigation strategies.
• Support construction readiness and stage-gate review processes.
