Job summary

PAI Pharma in Greenville, SC is seeking a Packaging Operator I to lead and perform a variety of batch-related duties in the pharmaceutical manufacturing department, including operating machines and assisting in packaging products.

This 12-hour day shift (7a-7p) requires compliance with cGMPs, safety rules, and meticulous record-keeping; candidates should have a high school diploma and 2–5 years in pharma/manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak and read in English.
• Ability to perform basic Math computations.
• Communicates clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
• Establishes and maintains cooperative working relationships with others.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines and assist in packaging of products as per batch records and SOPs.
• Follows policies and state/federal/local laws; ensures logs and records are accurate.
• Perform changeovers and setup for processing operations; basic equipment troubleshooting.
• Cleans and maintains packaging rooms and equipment; uses PPE as required.
• Report process or equipment issues to supervision; ensure safety compliance.
• Other duties as assigned by supervision.
