Tris Pharma, Inc. in Monmouth Junction, NJ is seeking a Packaging Equipment & Maintenance Supervisor on 1st shift to lead technicians and ensure reliable packaging operations.

The role covers troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, repairs, and improvements on fillers, cappers, labelers, cartoners and related equipment in a cGMP environment.

Candidates need an associate degree or equivalent and at least 6 years' experience in pharma/biotech with PLC and electrical troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent plus 6+ years in a cGMP pharma/biotech environment with increasing technical/supervisory responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of FDA, cGMPs, DEA, OSHA, SOPs and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide packaging mechanics to meet production schedules.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on packaging equipment (fillers, cappers, labelers, cartoners, etc.).
• Lead continuous improvement projects and capital initiatives.
• Perform root cause analyses for equipment failures and investigations.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance in maintenance activities.
