Qualifications

• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical packaging operations and cGMP requirements
• Ability to lead, train, and mentor team members
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow and execute complex instructions accurately

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory duties in the absence of the Packaging Supervisor, including oversight of cGMP documentation, equipment setup and operation, cleaning, and maintenance.
• Trains employees, troubleshoots issues, and ensures SOPs and batch record documentation requirements.
• Collaborates with quality, engineering, and validation teams to ensure product packaging meets specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Operates and oversees a range of packaging equipment, including blister packers, bottle fillers, labelers, cartoners, and serialization systems.
• Coordinates workflow across multiple packaging lines and shifts to optimize efficiency.
• Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
