Job summary

Aequor is seeking a Packaging Supervisor for the MDI line in Fall River, MA. This full-time role requires overseeing packaging operators on all shifts and ensuring production runs smoothly in the Packaging Manager’s absence.

Candidates should have automated packaging line experience in pharma, food, or cosmetics, plus 2+ years of cGMP work and team leadership. Relocation assistance is provided onsite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field required.
• 2–4 years direct experience in pharmaceutical packaging.
• 2 years direct experience managing a team.
• Must have cGMP work experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise packaging operators and oversee production in the absence of the Packaging Manager.
• Maintain cGMP practices and comply with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Work with SAP and the Systech serialization system.
• Train and coach employees; maintain documentation and records.
