Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent to qualify.
• Prior packaging/manufacturing experience preferred in pharma.
• Familiarity with GMPs, SOPs and safety rules is required.
• Ability to read and translate safety and production docs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise packaging personnel and ensure trained readiness.
• Aid in GMP/SOP training for staff.
• Troubleshoot equipment and coordinate with maintenance.
• Operate key packaging machinery and related tools.
• Support safe, compliant production and continuous improvement.
• Act as fill-in for Packaging Supervisor when needed.
• Promote quality and safety in all tasks.
• Assist in CAPA development and data entry tasks.
