Job summary

A well-established pharmaceutical company in the Chantilly, VA area is seeking a Packaging Supervisor/Manager to oversee day-to-day packaging operations. The ideal candidate should have 8–10 years of supervisory experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and bottle packaging line experience. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential for maintaining high-quality production while ensuring compliance with FDA and OSHA requirements. Relocation assistance is provided.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of packaging supervisory/management experience within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
• Bottle packaging line experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Executing the packaging planning based on marketing requirements and equipment capacity.
• Supervising a team in packaging and training them on SOPs and quality issues.
• Maintaining a GMP compliant work area.
• Handling packaging related business tools and ensuring accurate date entries.
• Monitoring packaging change controls, deviations, and implementing CAPAs.
