Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of pharmaceutical packaging equipment maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of cGMP and OSHA guidelines.
• Ability to read and interpret safety policies and maintenance instructions.
• Experience with changeovers for different products.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate packaging equipment for oral solid dosage products.
• Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Assist with equipment changeovers and qualifications.
• Document downtime, spare parts, and PM activities.
• Lead technician on floor to improve OEE.
• Interpret work orders, blueprints, and drawings for maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate with vendors for parts and service.
