Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Packaging and Labeling Associate in Frederick, MD. You will assemble and label pharmaceutical treatments, ensure accurate counts and inventory, and maintain compliance with GMP standards in a cold environment.

The role requires a high school diploma, experience in manufacturing or packaging, and proficiency with Excel/Office tools. You will operate in -80°C and LN2 temperatures and participate in training and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to communicate effectively verbally and in written form.
• Requires ability to prepare reports using Excel; knowledge of Windows, Word and Power Point.
• Demonstrates knowledge of Universal Precautions, laboratory and quality assurance/control.
• Experience in a manufacturing, packaging, or related industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Daily manual packaging and labeling pharmaceutical treatments.
• Accept/reject product to ensure quality standards are met.
• Accurately count and prepare product to ensure correct inventory.
• Complete training on operating requirements and procedures.
• Follow ALCOA principles and GDP compliance.
