Job summary

You will provide leadership for packaging teams, manage room operations, and drive continuous improvement while safeguarding safety and product integrity.

The role requires 4+ years of manufacturing experience in regulated environments, strong knowledge of SOPs, GMP, and quality systems, plus hands-on SAP and automated packaging

Qualifications

• 4+ years of manufacturing experience in pharma or regulated industry.
• Leadership experience preferred with ability to train and mentor team members.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, SOPs, and quality systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and documentation skills.
