Körber Pharma Packaging Materials in Camden, NJ seeks an experienced Print and Packaging Estimating & Purchasing Manager to lead estimating, cost control, and strategic procurement for production. The role requires strong knowledge of printing processes, pharmaceutical packaging components, and supplier management.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in print estimating and purchasing within packaging, with ERP/MIS experience (EFI Radius/Pace).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in print estimating, purchasing, procurement, or related packaging manufacturing.
• Pharmaceutical secondary packaging experience required (Folding Cartons, PIs, Labels).
• Experience sourcing and purchasing printing materials and packaging components.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support estimating team to review specs and determine production costs.
• Determine economical manufacturing methods while meeting specs and quality standards.
• Prepare/maintain competitive quotations and proposals to support growth and profitability.
• Maintain estimating databases, costing models, pricing structures, and standards.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Source, negotiate, and procure paperboard, paper, labels, inks, coatings, and packaging materials.
• Build strong supplier relationships and evaluate performance on quality, service, and price.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, lead times, and service agreements.
