Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• Master's degree preferred.

• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, facilities, and manufacturing systems.
• Full professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering, maintenance, validation, and technical services teams to support packaging operations.
• Drive reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of production equipment and facilities.
• Oversee validation strategies, documentation programs, and audit readiness.
