Job summary

MSD in Elkton, VA is seeking a Director, IPT Leader, Pharm Ops to provide leadership and technical expertise to the Integrated Process Team supporting the Pharmaceutical Operations manufacturing value stream.

You will drive the development of the future-state operating model, ramp-up, organizational design, governance, and performance standards, ensuring safe, compliant, reliable, and right-first-time operations across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related scientific/technical field.
• 10+ years in pharma/biotech manufacturing.
• Experience leading teams and cross-functional programs.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP and safety practices.
