Job summary

Synerfac Inc. in Wilmington, DE is seeking a Chemical Operator I & II (Pharmaceutical) to safely manufacture active pharmaceutical ingredients in a GMP-compliant environment.

The role requires working a 12-hour rotating shift, passing background checks and health screenings, and adhering to FDA, EPA, OSHA regulations. You will document batch logs, operate process controls, and collaborate with teams to maintain quality and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of experience in chemical and/or pharmaceutical environments.
• Read, understand and interpret safety procedures, batch logs and SOPs.
• Write routine reports and procedures with supervisory assistance if required.

Responsibilities

• Operate batch process steps including setup, loading, processing and packaging.
• Accurately complete batch logs and documentation per cGMP.
• Monitor process controls and equipment to produce material safely and in compliance.
• Identify abnormal operating conditions and notify supervision promptly.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and comply with safety procedures.
