Job summary
Grand River Aseptic Manufacturing (GRAM) in Grand Rapids, MI, seeks an MSAT Finishing Process and Product Support Specialist to lead finishing technology transfers and support manufacturing across the product lifecycle.
You will translate client requirements into GRAM-compliant batch records and specifications, serve as the MSAT SME on technical topics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years’ related work experience in pharma/biotech manufacturing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field is highly desired.
- Proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute finishing technology transfers from early development to commercial manufacturing.
- Own technical interpretation of client documentation and translate requirements into GRAM records and procedures.
- Serve as the MSAT technical representative on cross-functional and client-facing teams.
- Provide production support to troubleshoot complex technical issues and improve process efficiency.
- Independently author, review and approve Master Batch Records and related documentation.
