Job summary

Amneal is seeking a Mixing Operator to operate Mixing and Granulation equipment in accordance with SOPs and maintaining 100% cGMP & compliance to ensure the production of quality products.

The role on 2nd Shift (3:30pm–12:00am, Mon–Fri) involves loading/unloading, setting spin times, cleaning, and meticulous record-keeping of each manufacturing step. Candidates should have a HS/GED and pharma manufacturing experience or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Read, write and communicate in English (intermediate)
• High school level math and mechanical skills (intermediate)
• Flexible to work extended hours when required (intermediate)
• Ability to work as part of a team (intermediate)
• Attention to detail and accuracy (intermediate)

Responsibilities

• Operate Mixing & Granulation equipment (V blenders, PIAB, AMF Hobart Mixer) as per SOP.
• Set spin time, load/unload materials, and apply granulation solutions via Peristaltic Pump.
• Record manufacturing steps and maintain batch records after each step.
• Set up Drying Time on chart recorders and log batch details.
• Ensure calibration status of scales and balances before ingredient verification.
• Verify room release status before starting Mixing/Granulation operations.
