Job summary

Nephron Pharmaceuticals Corporation seeks a Quality Operations Materials Management Specialist to perform incoming inspection, sampling, and disposition of raw materials, production components, and resin, ensuring compliance with cGMP and GDP.

You will use LabVantage LIMS and inventory systems to create batches, submit samples, disposition batches, and generate COAs, maintaining ALCOA++ documentation and timely releases.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical industry experience (preferred).
• Knowledge of ALCOA++ and GDP.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with cGMP and cleanroom environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming inspection of raw materials, components, and resin.
• Adhere to ALCOA++ principles for GDP and good documentation practices.
• Review shipping documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Collect samples following ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 MIL-STD 105E standards.
• Use LIMS to create batches, collect/submit samples, and generate COAs.
• Manage inventory in the system, including disposition and expiry monitoring.
• Determine disposition based on inspection/testing results against specs.
• Submit samples for QC testing as required.
• Ensure procedures meet cGMP requirements.
• Pass medical screenings as required for handling materials.
