Job summary

Nephron Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Quality Control Analyst to perform routine laboratory testing of raw materials, in-process and finished products, and stability samples. Candidates should have a BS or MS in Chemistry or Biochemistry, 0–3 years pharma experience, and hands-on experience with FT-IR, UV/Vis, HPLC, and GC techniques.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field required; 0–3 years pharma experience preferred.
• Experience with FT-IR, UV/Vis spectroscopy, and wet chemistry techniques required.
• Experience with HPLC and GC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine laboratory testing for raw materials, in-process materials, finished product, and stability samples.
• Follow best-practice analytical techniques and GDP/cGMP requirements.
• Analyze and interpret data using specifications and test methods.
• Peer review notebooks and verify raw data to support sample release.
• Enter data using reporting systems and release forms.
