Job summary

Theradaptive, Inc. is hiring a Material Handler to manage movement, storage, and control of materials at our Frederick, MD facility. You will support production lines, organize inventory, and prepare products for shipping in a GMP environment.

The role requires 2–6 years in materials management, high school diploma, and comfort with MES/ERP systems and MS Office. Forklift experience and adherence to safety standards are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years in Materials Management, supply chain, cold chain, logistics or related experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pharma/Biotech experience in a GMP/compliant environment is highly desirable.
• Basic computer proficiency (MES, ERP, Microsoft Office).
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical/cGMP standards and good documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver raw materials and supplies to production stations to maintain workflow.
• Assist with Materials Management trackers ownership and reconciliation.
• Track inventory, perform cycle counts, and report shortages.
• Load/unload trucks and safely move items using forklifts or by hand.
• Inspect and document incoming materials; prepare finished goods for shipping.
• Stack and store items in designated locations with proper labeling.
• Ensure manufacturing process documentation is organized and scanned.
• Ensure parts are packaged and labeled per customer requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet material movement needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse complying with safety standards.
