Job summary

Omnicom Group’s Area23 seeks a Project Manager to own client deliverables for an assigned brand. You will guide development, advise on feasibility, plan resources, and keep all admin records for smooth agency workflows.

In this role you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain dashboards and SharePoint, and escalate issues to ensure timely, on-budget project success. Three days in-office is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any area; 3+ years in project management, production, marketing operations, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat; basic knowledge of PM and financial tools.
• Strong communication, organizational and financial aptitude; ability to work collaboratively.
• Experience in pharmaceutical marketing and advertising; multichannel production knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage client deliverables for an assigned brand; guide development efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery within budget.
• Advise on concept feasibility, plan resources, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions.
• Maintain accurate administrative records and support agency workflows.
• Execute cross-functional projects in a matrixed environment; balance requirements and resources.
