Job summary

Bond and Matter is seeking a dynamic marketing professional to lead and manage client projects, serving as the primary contact for pharma/biotech clients. You will translate clinical data into brand strategy to develop meaningful HCP and consumer initiatives across flashcards, decks, websites, webinars and advisory boards.

• Bachelor’s degree; healthcare or marketing experience preferred.
• 1–3 years of professional work experience.
• Strong leadership and client-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Exceptional client service and account management grounded in a strong understanding of the brand and its clinical data.
• Develop creative briefs, drive communication with clients, and foster strong relationships with internal and external team members and partners.
• Serve as the agency’s brand champion and steward for the account, together with Medical and Creative teams.
• Manage concurrent projects for assigned clients and ensure quality execution of the client’s strategy and vision.
• Set meetings, agendas, and develop meeting recaps for client meetings.
• Participate in brand planning and strategy sessions along with agency leadership.
