Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years manufacturing experience OR an Associate degree in bioscience or microelectronics.
• 2–5 years of experience operating equipment used in inspection and packaging.
• Proficient with computers; MS Office; PLC-based logic familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all plant safety policies and identify unsafe conditions.
• Assist in cleaning, setup, changeover, and running of equipment for inspection or packaging.
• Support Engineers, Maintenance Mechanics, and outside services in repair, maintenance, and calibration of systems.
• Perform training of other Technicians and help develop SOPs and training materials.
• Execute production recipes, log equipment, and ensure proper traceability of components and finished product.
• Identify, report, and document process deviations or atypical events per SOPs.
