Job summary

Apollo Professional Solutions, Inc. seeks a Manufacturing Technician to support sterile pharmaceutical production in a state‑of‑the‑art automated facility in Hillsboro, OR.

You will operate, troubleshoot, maintain and help improve equipment used for filling, inspection and packaging of sterile products. Ideal candidates have manufacturing experience in regulated environments, knowledge of SAP MES, PLCs, HMIs and process monitoring, plus strong troubleshooting and documentation discipline.

Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of SAP MES, PLCs, HMIs, and process monitoring.
• Strong troubleshooting and attention to quality documentation.

Responsibilities

• Set up, clean, change over, operate, and support equipment for inspection and packaging of vials, pre-filled syringes, and medical devices.
• Execute manufacturing recipes and production activities using automated systems, including SAP and MES.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and support the resolution of equipment failures during production.
• Perform user-level preventive and routine maintenance activities.
• Assist engineers, maintenance technicians, and external service providers with equipment repairs, calibrations, installations, and major overhauls.
