Job summary

Par Health, Inc. is seeking an APAP Pharmaceutical Operator I to operate large scale manufacturing equipment for bulk APIs in a regulated GMP environment.

You will follow batch records, SOPs, and wear PPE while maintaining detailed batch documentation and reporting, ensuring safety and quality in daily operations. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, GMP experience, and strong math and communication skills; you will work with QA, Safety, and Maintenance to push toward continuous

Qualifications

  • Must communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats.
  • Must read and follow detailed instructions and procedures.
  • Must perform basic math.
  • Must have working knowledge of chemical and/or powder processing equipment and safety requirements.
  • Must possess sound problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Must work in a team environment to cover workstations during breaks and lunches.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor reaction vessels, crystallizers, centrifuges, filters, evaporators, heat exchangers, pumps, valves, and other equipment per batch records and SOPs.
  • Maintain detailed operating reports and batch records with notes on temperatures, pH, pressures, and flow rates.
  • Package, weigh, sample, and label finished goods and intermediates per procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with cGMP and OSHA; wear appropriate PPE.
  • Move bulk materials and finished goods using forklifts and material handling devices; deliver samples to lab.
  • Support safety teams and Kaizen initiatives to improve productivity.
