Job summary

JobRx, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Shift Manager for weekday nights in Spokane, WA. The role oversees a large manufacturing team, drives safety, quality, and cost goals, and reports to the Director of Manufacturing.

The candidate will manage 4 lines with 80+ staff and coordinate across QA, engineering, and HR to optimize resource use. The position offers a generous relocation package, medical/dental/vision benefits, vacation and holidays, and an annual bonus of up to 15% plus a 10%

Qualifications

• 5+ years of pharma manufacturing experience with strong leadership capabilities.
• Experience in workforce planning, recruitment and employee relations.
• Proven analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Familiarity with labor laws and regulations as applied to manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Provide GMP leadership across quality, engineering and services.
• Maintain standards for the Quality Management System.
• Manage employee relations and HR collaboration to address concerns.
• Develop staffing models and training plans to meet demand.
• Ensure schedule attainment and timely communication to leadership.
• Lead recruitment and onboarding for manufacturing roles.
