Job summary

Grand River Aseptic Manufacturing (GRAM) in Grand Rapids, MI, is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to oversee drug product manufacturing operations, including preparation, formulation, filtration, and sterile filling, ensuring safety, quality, and on‑time delivery.

This role leads process ownership for Butterworth facility processes, supports expansion to Patterson North, and drives continuous improvement, CAPA resolution, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced cGMP environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences/Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years leadership in a cGMP pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Experience with regulated drug manufacturing and FDA guidelines.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Drug Product Manufacturing Operations including sterile filling.
• Ensure capacity, quality, and customer service targets.
• Lead CAPA investigations and corrective actions with QA.
• Drive continuous improvement and risk management.
• Manage scheduling and staffing for production lines.
