Qualifications

• Pursuing an engineering or data science-related technical degree.
• Must have completed at least 1 year of a Bachelor's degree.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Experience with data analysis and root cause analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel Pivot Tables.
• Basic understanding of Process Control Systems and production automation.

Responsibilities

• Participate in projects like changeover reduction, 5S, Pareto analysis, time study, value stream mapping, standardized work, kaizen events.
• Basic use of project management skills.
• Troubleshoot maintenance and reliability issues.
• Learn pharmaceutical Manufacturing and Packaging processes and equipment.
• Review equipment specifications and analyze data to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with plant personnel and external vendors to implement solutions.
