Qualifications

• Experience with data analysis and root cause analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Excel Pivot Tables.
• Basic understanding of Process Control Systems and floor automation.

Responsibilities

• Aid with projects like changeover reduction, 5S, time studies, and kaizen events.
• Assist in data collection, analysis and decision making.
• Support reviews of equipment specifications and production workflows.
• Collaborate with plant personnel and vendors to implement solutions.
