Job summary
Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Manufacturing Automation Specialist for its West Point site in Pennsylvania. You will design, implement, and validate automation systems to support GMP manufacturing and continuous improvement.
The role requires strong communication, experience with validation (CSV/GxP), and hands-on work with DeltaV DCS, PLCs, SCADA, and IT/network basics. Bachelor’s degree plus automation experience expected.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Associate degree with automation/validation experience.
- Experience with GMP/regulated environments and CSV/GxP.
- Automation and process control knowledge relevant to pharma.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, test, and close out change controls for actions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
- Lead investigations and implement corrective actions.
- Stay current with automation trends and recommend adoption.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (cGMP).
- Support continuous improvement of manufacturing automation.
