Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 5+ years in manufacturing (pharma preferred).
• Associates/Technical Diploma with 2+ years in manufacturing (pharma preferred).
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field with 1+ year in manufacturing (regulated industry preferred).
• Knowledge of and adherence to EHS requirements.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting ability.
• Proficient verbal and written communication.
• Computer literacy and data analytics basics.

Responsibilities

• Enter work order information in SAP and confirm status; locate intermediate information (parts management, PM plan, history).
• Develop detailed training programs to increase maintenance knowledge and mentor technicians.
• Independently troubleshoot equipment/system events and perform root-cause analysis to determine failure cause.
• Support the implementation of preventive maintenance plans.
• Assist outside contractors on medium complexity projects or supplementing workforce.
• Contribute to cross-functional equipment improvement teams focused on performance and reliability.
• Respond to maintenance emergencies.
• Troubleshoot and implement corrective actions for performance issues.
