Job summary

FUJIFILM Biotechnologies in Holly Springs, North Carolina, is seeking a Technician 1, Maintenance to support 24/7 pharmaceutical process equipment and ensure minimal downtime. You will perform preventive maintenance on bioreactors, centrifuges, ultrafiltration skids, autoclaves, and related systems, and assist senior technicians with troubleshooting.

This role requires a high school diploma, 1–2 years of maintenance experience, and a willingness to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
1–2 years of maintenance experience.
Knowledge of GMP requirements and PLC/process control systems.
Able to work in a 24/7 manufacturing facility, including shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

Performs preventative maintenance and repairs on process equipment (bioreactors, centrifuges, ultrafiltration skids, autoclaves, fillers).
Assists senior technicians in troubleshooting equipment malfunctions.
Maintains accurate maintenance records and documentation.
Follows SOPs and GMP quality standards; adheres to safety rules.
Supports site operations and responds to emergency work orders as needed.
