Sigma, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a 12‑month contract at a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Athens, GA. You will support equipment reliability, utilities maintenance, and system performance in a regulated environment.

The role covers preventive and corrective maintenance, boiler and HVAC work, and compliance with GMP and EHS standards. It offers a second shift, onsite Athens location, and opportunities to enhance plant reliability and process safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 5+ years in manufacturing (pharma preferred).
• Associate/Technical Degree with 2+ years in manufacturing (pharma preferred).
• Hands-on experience with plant utilities and maintenance systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and utility systems.
• Maintain clean utilities, HVAC, cleanroom environments, and HPW systems.
• Troubleshoot boilers, steam systems, and compressed air systems; operate chillers and cooling towers.
• Adhere to EHS, GMP, and regulatory requirements; document maintenance activities.
• Identify equipment issues and support reliability improvements.
