Job summary

Par Health, Inc. seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform preventative maintenance on pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment and provide on‑line support to production teams.

You will diagnose, repair and set‑up equipment, including electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems, under supervision and with adherence to safety procedures. You will program basic automation and HMI projects, assist with capital projects, document work orders, and help keep the plant running at peak performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 1–2 years specialized training (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in electrical/electronic/mechanical trades preferred; training on equipment to gain skills.
• Proficiency with reading electrical/electronic schematics and mechanical drawings is expected.
• Familiarity with PLC/HMI systems and basic automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform automation/controls programming following company standards (HMI, MS SQL/Visual Basic).
• Diagnose equipment performance and implement corrective actions.
• Provide technical support to keep production processes running smoothly.
• Set up and adjust equipment per product specs; assist with line changeovers as needed.
• Document maintenance work and close work orders accurately.
