Job summary

KVK Tech, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on pharmaceutical manufacturing and facility equipment. The role supports installations, changeovers, and qualifications while adhering to cGMP and Good Documentation Practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on mechanical maintenance experience in pharma/regulated manufacturing.
• Experience with changeovers on production or facility equipment.
• Familiarity with cGMP, GDP, and data integrity principles.
• Ability to read SOPs, manuals, and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, inspect, and mechanically support manufacturing and facility equipment for safe, reliable operation.
• Perform product, size, and format changeovers per approved procedures and production requirements.
• Execute scheduled preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical equipment failures, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Support equipment installations, modifications, inspections, qualifications, validations, and requalification activities with cross-functional teams.
• Complete equipment logs, work orders, CMMS entries, and other maintenance documentation per cGMP, GDP, and ALCOA+.
