Job summary

Tower Labs is hiring entry level machine operators for positions in Centerbrook and Clinton, CT. Operate high-speed automated production lines, set up equipment including tablet presses and packagers, and perform in-process testing.

This role requires basic math, the ability to read instructions, teamwork, and a strong work ethic. You will complete required paperwork and follow safety, cGMP, and SOPs.

Starting pay up to $19.50 per hour based on experience; equal opportunity employer.

• Set up and run production machines and make adjustments during operation.
• Troubleshoot and assist maintenance personnel in repairs.

• Complete necessary paperwork accurately and on time.
• Follow Safety, cGMP and SOPs.
