Job summary

Telix Pharmaceuticals is a dynamic, global radiopharmaceutical company seeking a Shipping and Logistics Coordinator in Angleton, TX. This role ensures shipments are properly packaged, compliant with hazardous materials rules, and delivered on time to support our international roll-out of imaging agents.

You will work with suppliers and internal teams to optimize inventory, back up the Inventory Specialist, and help drive efficient shipping operations in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations, preferably in regulated environments like pharmaceuticals
• Familiarity with hazardous materials handling and transportation regulations and IOATA certification
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Experience with inventory management systems and logistics software is a plus
• Knowledge of radiation safety and regulatory standards is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate transportation of radiopharmaceutical products per regulatory standards
• Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment with accurate documentation
• Verify lot numbers, expiration dates, and radioactivity on shipping docs
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve delivery or inventory issues
• Maintain accurate inventory and ensure regulatory-compliant storage
• Document radioactive waste and shipped products for tracking and compliance
• Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes and reduce costs
