Allied Personnel Services is hiring for Line Lead openings on 2nd or 3rd shifts. These long-term, full-time roles offer hourly pay of $21.25–$22.00 based on shift, with duties focused on directing line activities, ensuring product quality, and maintaining batch records.

Ideal candidates bring an associated degree with pharma/medical device manufacturing experience or a bachelor’s degree with related experience, plus strong documentation and leadership skills and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Degree required: Associates with 3 years pharma/medical device manufacturing OR Bachelor's with 1 year experience.
• Strong documentation, organization, and planning skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office required.
• Leadership experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct employee activities in an assigned manufacturing room.
• Ensure products packaged meet customer/company standards.
• Perform line duties as needed.
• Ensure batch record entries are made.
• Assist in production performance metrics reporting.
• Complete room line/area changeovers including startups and lot changes.
• Assist in training as needed.
