Qualifications

• Degree required: Associates with 3 years pharma/medical device experience or Bachelor's with 1 year experience.
• Strong documentation, organization, and planning skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in directing employee activities in an assigned manufacturing room
• Ensure products packaged meet customer/company standards
• Perform line duties as needed
• Ensure batch record entries are made
• Assist in production performance metrics reporting
• Complete room line/area changeovers including startups and lot changes
• Assist in training as needed
