Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, science, or related field.
• 5–7 years of overall business experience with 4+ years in pharmaceutical marketing, New Product Launch, Agile Project Management, or strategy development.
• Strong project management, organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for launch readiness preparation and coordination with the Global Launch Excellence Office.
• Develop, communicate, and pressure-test the overall launch plan and critical paths.
• Track deliverables, interdependencies, risks to timelines and performance.
• Lead cross-functional teams and run launch planning sessions and governance meetings.
• Partner with analytics and insights to define KPIs and readiness metrics.
