Hikma Pharmaceuticals USA Inc. seeks a Specialist, Lab Training to design and coordinate technical training for our lab and support areas in Columbus, OH. You will develop learning materials, manage LMS, and partner with SMEs to close training gaps.

Qualifications

• B.S./B.A. in Education or Business or related discipline; or 8 years of relevant experience.
• 3–5 years of operational experience in a support area within a company.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical training for support areas; deliver training when needed.
• Develop and maintain Technical Learning Materials with SMEs.
• Maintain LMS records and ensure documentation is up to date.
• Assess training needs and identify best training methods.
• Participate in COE teams and share best practices.
• Schedule, track, and report training status to management.
